Make and be available for house maintenance appointments such as cleaning, lawn maintenance, pest control, etc.

Create medical, dental, or other health-related appointments

Sort and organize mail

Pay and track bills

Arrange travel plans

Organize, place, pick up, and put away groceries or other shopping needs

Pick up children from school and transport children to after school functions

House manager service is available for $25.00 per hour (After 5:00 PM, weekends, and holidays, if available, is $30.00) with an hourly minimum based on location. Payment is due the same day of service via cash, check, or Venmo.

Boise and Meridian - 1 hour minimum

Kuna, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell, and Star - 2 hour minimum
